To use support effectively, you need to remember a few things:
For financial questions – there is a finance department at or email billing <doggy>
For technical questions – there is a support department – at or email support <doggy>

It doesn’t matter how to write a request by email or through the Support Center, all requests are handled by the same system anyway.

After writing a request – you must within 5 minutes to get an answer from the robot that your letter is received, it is assigned a number (specified in the subject of the response letter) and we are working on it.

If you haven’t received such a letter within 5 minutes of sending your request, then:
Check your email filters, and if they did not block the email, then re-write your request.
