Information About Tuthost Services

On September 23, at approximately 3:33 p.m., as a result of a Russian attack on the Volia data center in Kyiv, the entire server infrastructure of TutHost, which is housed in that data center, ceased to function. As a result, virtual hosting, email hosting, VPS, and reselling services were disrupted.

A fire broke out at the data center, and all equipment was shut down. As a result of the attack, the Volya data center has effectively ceased operations entirely.

Fortunately, the server equipment was not damaged, but the data center did not begin returning it until September 25.

Most of the equipment that was removed was installed at the new private data center on the evening of September 26. Also that evening, most services were restored.

Unfortunately, however, on the morning of September 27, the data center—which hosted the channels connecting to the new data center—was hit, and all services hosted in Ukraine once again became unavailable. Connectivity with the new data center was restored only on September 28, after which most services resumed operation.

We understand how critical this situation is for our customers, and we sincerely sympathize with everyone affected by it.

Where can I stay updated? We will post updates on the situation and the recovery process on this page, as well as in a dedicated Telegram group.
