How to pass phone verification to issue an SSL certificate.

For SSL certificates with organization validation, one of the validation steps is to check the phone number of the organization. To pass the verification, the certification center searches for your company in one of the public telephone directories, such as the “Yellow Pages” and if your company is found, it makes a verification call to the found phone number. The call is properly made by English-speaking employees, so it is desirable for you to have an employee who speaks English answer the phone at the time of the inspection.

  3. If none of these options does not suit you, then you can write a letter, on official letterhead of the company, signed and stamped, and specify in it the name of your company and the current phone number to validate.
