SMS notifications about the end of services
Made the opportunity to receive SMS notifications about the end of the service. SMS notification is sent 1 day before the end of the service, and you can activate it directly in your personal cabinet: https://my.tuthost.ua.
In the old interface, you need:
- Specify the cell phone number in: Customer – Users – select a user and specify the phone number.
- Under Client – User Settings – at the bottom there is“Setting up notifications” – check the checkboxes:“Receive financial notifications” and “Receive notifications on services” in the SMS column.
In the new interface:
- In the upper right corner, click on the user icon and select“Notifications
- In the Notification settings block, check the checkboxes:“Receive financial notifications” and “Receive service notifications” in the SMS column.
