The most common reason is that your Internet access provider may be blocking port 2222.
This port can also be blocked by a firewall installed on your computer or gateway if you access the Internet through it.
If the reason is not in the previous two points – then write a request to the support service, with your ip address, perhaps it got in the blacklist
