Besides your files there are also logs and statistics files, they can be cleaned from time to time, but we are not responsible for possible problems after deleting these files.
For servers with the DirectAdmin control panel, the files are located in the folders
/domains/yourdomain.com/stats
/domains/yourdomain.com/logs
