The client (domain administrator) must send a copy of his passport (for individuals) or an application on the official letterhead of the organization with stamp and signature of the head (for legal entities) to e-mail: support@webnames.ru or by fax (tel. +7.846 3799039) and inform about your wish by indicating your login (or contract number) of the new partner. Next, we’ll do all the necessary steps for the transfer ourselves. The maximum transfer time is five (5) business days. The transfer may be denied on the grounds specified in the domain registration rules.
