To participate in the prize draw, you must:
- Make payment for a new order or extension of any service from December 10 to December 31 in the amount of 80 UAH.
- After your payment is credited – write a letter to 2011@tuthost.com with the subject “To Santa Claus”, and in the letter include your name, cell phone number and five-digit account number paid.
The drawing will take place online on January 11 at 11:11 a.m. and will be broadcast live on our website. Drawing will be held by account numbers paid during the promotion period.
I would like to draw attention to the fact that the draw will be held honestly (some customers have doubts, it is understandable, unfortunately, not many companies conduct such draws honestly).
In confirmation of this, we are ready to invite those who wish to be present during the prize draw to our office. To do this – tell us about your desire until January 10 by any convenient way.
Campaign rules:
1.General conditions of the Promotion – “New Year presents from TutHost”
1.1. The drawing is held among the customers (hereinafter “Customers”) of “TutHost” company. who have fulfilled the conditions of these Regulations.
1.2. Applications for participation in the action are accepted by the company “TutHost” (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”) during the period from December 10, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
1.3. The prize drawing procedure will take place on January 11, 2011 at 11:11 a.m. A live video broadcast of the drawing will be available on the website.
2.Conditions for participation in the action. Rights and obligations of the participant.
2.1. Persons over the age of 18, citizens of Ukraine are allowed to participate in the action. Participants cannot be employees and representatives of the Organizer and their family members.
2.2. The Participant may not transfer and/or in any other way assign his/her rights related to participation in the Promotion to any third person(s).
2.3. Each client is entitled to participate in the action on condition of ordering and paying for any service in the amount of 80 UAH or more during the period from December 10, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
2.4 The Participant must confirm his participation in the promotion by sending a letter to 2011@tuthost.com, indicating his full name, cell phone number and five-digit number of the paid bill. The fact of confirmation of participation in the Promotion implies that the Participant is familiar with and agrees with these Terms and Conditions.
2.5. When holding a prize drawing, the corresponding account number will be used to identify the participant of the Promotion. (can be viewed by the customer in the billing in the “Payments” section)
3. the procedure for conducting the drawing. Rights and obligations of the Promoter.
3.1. The prize draw will be held on January 11, 2011
3.2. According to the conditions of the action the prize fund (the totality of property intended for the transfer of winnings under the terms of the action) will be drawn. The prize fund is formed at the expense of the Organizer and is used solely for the transfer of prizes to Participants of the action.
3.3. The organizer guarantees that the procedure for selecting the Winners is based on a random selection. When conducting the drawing, the procedures and algorithms that allow predetermining the result of the drawing of the Prize Fund before the start of the drawing are unacceptable.
3.4. The drawing procedure will be broadcast on our website. Winners of the Promotion will be notified of the results via email or phone.
3.6. The publication of the results of the draws of the Prize Fund will be made within five (5) calendar days from the date of the relevant draw, on the Organizer’s website.
4.The procedure and terms for obtaining winnings. Special conditions
4.1. Prizes will be available in person at the “Organizer’s” office. Prizes may also be given to the authorized representative of the winner of the lottery by prior arrangement with the “Organizer”. No prizes will be sent by mail. You must provide proof of identity to receive the gift. The winner will be the person whose name appeared in the billing at the time of the order.
4.2. Established winnings are not exchangeable and cannot be substituted for the cash equivalent. Each participant is entitled to receive only one prize.
4.3. The organizer guarantees that all prizes are new and at the time of their transfer to the owners are in good condition and ready for use in accordance with their intended purpose. The Organizer’s obligations regarding the quality of the winnings are limited to the warranties provided by their manufacturers. The integrity and functional suitability of the winnings must be checked by the Participants immediately upon receipt of the winnings. The appearance of the original winnings may differ from their image in the promotional materials
