Money refund procedure
- TutHost company guarantees you a refund within the first 30 days after payment, if you are not satisfied with the quality of services.
- The refund procedure includes a money-back guarantee, namely a money-back guarantee during the first 30 days of using the service, on the first application, by the client.
- Money-back guarantee applies only to hosting, virtual servers (VPS) and digital certificates (SSL).
- We are confident in the quality of the service we provide, but in the event that we do not meet any of your requirements or you have your own reasons for terminating your account, you can cancel the service and we will refund your money.
- If the thirty-day period has not expired since the start of the User’s account, the Provider is obligated to refund 100% of the amount spent by the User to pay for the services provided by the Provider, minus the payment system fees.
- This refund procedure is valid and applies to all web hosting plans, regardless of the type of payment made for them, the currency in which the payment was made and the selected payment period.
- All hosting cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Finance Department only. You must provide a real reason why you are cancelling the hosting service. In doing so, the Finance Department will take reasonable steps to address and resolve the situation to your satisfaction and wishes.
- The amount to be refunded cannot be credited to the balance of any other hosting account if you have several hosting accounts, but you have decided to cancel only one of them.
- Refunds are made within five banking days from the date of application for cancellation of web hosting service.
- Refunds are made in the currency that you have chosen to pay for hosting services at the time of the order and to the details from which payment was made.
- Refunds are available only for services ordered for the first time. That is, if you once ordered a service and processed a refund, then the second order a refund will not be possible.
- No refunds will be issued for hosting violations.
The refund procedure excludes:
Domain registration refund, domain renewal, private domain registration service and domain name registration transfer to TutHost. Not possible once 24 hours have passed since registration, re-registration or renewal of a domain name (this is subject to ICANN policies and regulations). The domain name is registered in your name and you are the sole owner of the domain for the period of time you choose.
TutHost reserves the right to change this refund procedure without prior notice. It is your responsibility to be aware of the changes in its terms in a timely manner.
