After the expiration date of the domain, the owner is given the option of preferential renewal (up to 30 days). This period is called the preferential renewal period. During the grace period, the domain does not work and the domain owner can renew the domain at the price of regular registration – just like the renewal in the period before the expiration date.
If the domain is not renewed during the grace period – it goes into a state of pending deletion (up to 30 days). During this period, you can no longer renew the domain, however, it can be restored. The cost of domain restoration is higher than the renewal price, it includes procedures for restoring a domain record in the registry and domain renewal for one year (from the date of expiration of the deleted domain).
