Can technical support move the site from another hosting?

In order for us to help you move your site from another hosting to us, you need:

1) Place an order for the hosting service
2) Pay for the order.
3) After the order is paid and you receive an email with your access credentials, you need to write an email to support and provide the following information:

  • Your login on our hosting service
  • Data for access to the control panel of the previous host, with the hosting service on the previous hosting you have to be active, and to its end must be at least 3 days.
    or
  • A link to a backup copy of your site in the archive, which contains all the files of the site and a backup of the database

In doing so, it is important to remember:

  • We do not test the operation of all functions of your site after the transfer and do not fix scripts, these responsibilities lie entirely with the developer of the site.
