To transfer a domain name in the zones com.ua, kiev.ua you need:
1) You must be the owner of the domain, that is, the domain must be registered in your name or organization. You can check whether this is true by using the domain checker on our website.
Who is the owner of the domain is specified in the field admin-c.
If you are not listed there, you need to register a special nic-handle identifier and ask the registrar to specify your nic-handle for the domain.
2) You must inform the current domain registrar that you want to transfer a domain and specify which registrar.
