A domain can only be registered by trademark owners.
The second level domain name (for example, FIRMA.ua), according to the UA Domain Rules, is delegated only to the owner of the rights to the mark for goods and services (trademark, trade mark) registered in Ukraine.
To register UA domain you must provide copies of the following documents:
OR: Two notarized copies of the Trademark Certificate.
OR: An agreement on transfer of ownership of the mark, including a license agreement (only required if the domain registrant is not the owner of the Trademark Certificate).
OR: For a trademark registered in Ukraine under the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Trademarks, an official confirmation from the State Department of Intellectual Property of the existence of such registration.
