Transfer site from one account to another by copying files, and when using a database, creating a dump of the database via the interface PhpMyAdmin.
To simplify data copying, you can create a backup copy of the site in the hosting control panel DirectAdmin.
The archive will appear in the backups folder, which you can download to your PC.
Then you can unpack it and make a copy of files using FTP to a new account, and when using a database, import the database from the dump, which will be in the archive.
