Check the points:<\/p>\n\n

1) If you use Total Commander then check the version, preferably not lower than 6.<\/p>\n\n

2) Try enabling passive mode in the ftp connection settings.<\/p>\n\n

3) Check your firewall settings, try disabling it altogether.<\/p>\n\n

4) If nothing helps, find out if your ISP is blocking port 21.<\/p>\n
